Century Invest LLC, doing business as Relativity Invest (“Century Invest LLC”, “we”, “us”), operates the website at relativityinvest.ai, the Relativity mobile and web applications, the Raia AI assistant, and the Relativity Business Data API and MCP Server (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, account holders, API customers and their agents, and — in Section 3 — to individuals who appear in our datasets without using the Services.
The version and effective date of this Privacy Policy appear at the top. Earlier versions are available at relativityinvest.ai/legal/versions.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Account information. Name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and, for API accounts, company name, billing email, and the plan you select.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a customer identifier, the last four digits and brand of a saved card, and transaction records. We do not store full card numbers.
- Content you submit. Portfolios, notes, watchlists, screener definitions, alerts, imported files, and any other material you create or upload.
- AI assistant conversations. Prompts you send to Raia, the assistant’s responses, and the page context the assistant is given when you ask about a company or screen.
- Communications. Emails and support requests you send us, and your newsletter and notification preferences.
- Sign-in with third parties. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and an identifier from that provider, in accordance with their policies and your settings.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Pages and features used, referring URLs, browser and device type, operating system, language, IP address, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Session cookies that keep you signed in, preference cookies, and the analytics tags described in Section 5 that help us understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling session cookies prevents sign-in.
- API request logs. For the Business Data API and MCP Server: API key identifier, account, endpoint or tool called, request parameters, response code, credits consumed, latency, network address, and user agent. We also record the terms version accepted for each API account, the time of acceptance, and the network address of that request.
- Push notification tokens for the mobile apps, if you enable notifications.
1.3 Information from other sources
- Public filings and market data about companies, used to build the Services (see Section 3).
- Fraud and security signals from our infrastructure and payment providers.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Services, including authenticating you, processing payments, metering API usage, and enforcing rate limits and our terms;
- personalize the Services, including saved views, alerts, and portfolio-aware features;
- operate the AI assistant, which sends your prompt and relevant page context to a third-party language-model provider to generate a response;
- send transactional messages (receipts, security alerts, verification emails, terms notices) and, with your consent or where permitted, product updates and newsletters, which you can opt out of at any time;
- respond to support requests and correction requests;
- analyze usage to improve the Services and develop new features;
- detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, credential sharing, and security incidents;
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
We do not use the content of your notes, portfolios, or AI assistant conversations to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Individuals Who Appear in Our Data
The Services include information about identified individuals who are not our users: corporate officers, directors, and significant shareholders of public companies; executives who appear in public podcasts and videos; and chief executives named in published workplace ratings. This section explains that processing.
What we hold. Names, roles, titles, appointment and departure events and dates, reported securities holdings and transactions, media appearances, and approval ratings associated with a chief executive. Some fields — for example a one-sentence description of the reason for a role change — are generated by automated summarization of the underlying public filing and may contain errors.
Where it comes from. Filings made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and retrieved from its EDGAR system, including Forms 3, 4, 5, 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, DEF 14A, 13F, 13D and 13G; public podcast and video metadata retrieved from podcast directories and through YouTube API Services; and aggregate workplace ratings published by employee-review platforms.
Why we process it. To provide investment research tools that help users understand who runs public companies and how insiders act. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing those tools and on the public nature of the sources.
Who receives it. Users of the Services, and business customers of the Business Data API, who are contractually prohibited from using it to make decisions about an individual’s employment, credit, insurance, or housing, or to locate, contact, or harass anyone.
Your rights. If you are an individual who appears in our data, you may ask us to correct inaccurate information or to explain the source of a record, and in some cases to delete or restrict it. Email support@relativityinvest.ai with the subject line “Data correction” and identify the record. We respond within thirty (30) days. Because our records reflect public filings, we may decline to remove accurate information derived from them, but we will correct errors and will tell you the source of any record you ask about.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described here.
Service providers (sub-processors). Companies that process information for us under contract, to provide the Services:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting of the API and data platform, storage, databases, email delivery infrastructure | United States |
| Vercel | Hosting of the website and web analytics | United States |
| Tag Manager and Analytics on the website; sign-in and push notifications for the apps, if you use them | United States | |
| Apple | Sign-in and push notifications for the iOS app, if you use them | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing portal | United States |
| SendGrid (Twilio) | Transactional and marketing email | United States |
| OpenAI | AI assistant responses, embeddings, and classification of public media | United States |
| Discord | Internal operational alerts (limited to account identifiers and network addresses in abuse alerts) | United States |
When we search for media appearances, the names of executives from our datasets are sent as search queries to YouTube API Services and to the Taddy podcast directory API. We update this table when providers change; the current list is at relativityinvest.ai/legal/versions alongside the version history of this Privacy Policy.
Business customers. Information described in Section 3 is provided to business customers of the Business Data API under the API & MCP Terms. We do not provide our users’ personal information to API customers.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Century Invest LLC, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your direction. When you share content from the Services, connect a third-party account, or ask us to send information somewhere.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
YouTube API Services. Media datasets use public video metadata retrieved through YouTube API Services. We do not access any YouTube user data and no YouTube account authorization is involved. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Use of the Services that include YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Website analytics. The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and how pages are used. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. They are not used inside the Business Data API or MCP Server.
Language-model providers. The AI assistant sends your prompt and relevant context to OpenAI to generate a response. Under the provider’s API terms, content sent this way is not used to train the provider’s models. The AI assistant may be wrong; see the Legal Disclaimer.
Links. The Services link to SEC filings, company websites, podcast platforms, and other third-party sites, each governed by its own privacy policy.

- Account and content data: for the life of your account and for up to ninety (90) days after closure, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we must retain it for legal, billing, or security reasons.
- AI assistant conversations: for the life of your account, or until you delete a thread.
- API request logs: thirteen (13) months, for billing reconciliation, capacity planning, abuse detection, and support.

- Public-record data about individuals (Section 3): for as long as it remains part of the Services.
Backups are retained on a rolling schedule and deleted data ages out of them within ninety (90) days.
7. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, hashing of passwords and API keys so that neither is stored in readable form, access controls, logging, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Account settings. You can update your profile, manage notification and newsletter preferences, delete notes and threads, and close your account from the settings pages or by contacting us.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@relativityinvest.ai with the subject line “Privacy request.” We verify requests by confirming control of the account email address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the rights described above and the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with, all of which are described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out to offer. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The Business Data API is not offered to customers established in these territories. If you visit the website or use the consumer Services from one of them, we process your information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (account, content, payments); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services and in providing public-record research tools; your consent, where we ask for it (marketing, optional cookies); and compliance with legal obligations. Information is processed in the United States. Century Invest LLC does not participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; where a transfer mechanism is required, we rely on standard contractual clauses with our providers. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
