This disclaimer applies to everything Century Invest LLC, doing business as Relativity Invest, publishes or delivers: the website, the mobile and web applications, the Raia AI assistant, emails and alerts, and every response from the Business Data API and MCP Server, whether read by a person or by software (together, the “Services”). Where data is delivered in machine-readable form, this disclaimer applies to it exactly as it applies to a page on the website. By using any of these, you agree to the terms below and to our Terms of Use, API & MCP Terms, and Privacy Policy.

1. Not investment advice

All content, data, scores, summaries, and assistant responses are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to follow any strategy. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

2. No offer, no solicitation, no fiduciary duty

Nothing we provide is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Century Invest LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and is not registered as any of those with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any state securities regulator. Use of the Services does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship.

3. Where our data comes from

Our data is derived from public sources and from our own processing of them:

• SEC filings retrieved from the EDGAR system, including Forms 3, 4 and 5 (insider transactions and holdings), 8-K (including executive appointments and departures), 10-K and 10-Q (business descriptions, risk factors, customers, suppliers, competitors, workforce), DEF 14A (ownership and compensation), 13F, 13D and 13G (institutional and beneficial ownership), and registration statements.
• Market data from licensed third-party providers, used for pricing, market capitalization, and related values.
• Workplace ratings captured as aggregate ratings and counts from employee-review platforms, reflecting those platforms’ methodologies at the time of capture.
• Media appearances identified from public podcast and video metadata retrieved from podcast directories and through YouTube API Services.
• Our own models and extraction. Similarity scores, insider and management scores, culture scores, peer rankings, business-overview fields, movement records, and summaries are produced by our software, including large language models, from the sources above.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the SEC, FINRA, any exchange, or any of the third-party sources named above.

4. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

We work to keep data accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of anything we provide. Filings may be amended or withdrawn; providers may deliver errors; extraction may misread a document; identity matching may associate a record with the wrong person or company. Coverage varies by dataset and company. Verify anything material against the original source before acting on it.

5. AI-generated content

Summaries, extracted fields, classifications, and assistant responses are generated or assisted by large language models. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or confidently misstated, and they may reflect errors in the underlying source. Confidence values and other quality signals describe our process; they are not guarantees. Assistant responses are not reviewed by a person before you see them. Treat all AI-generated content as a starting point for your own verification, never as a conclusion.

6. Scores are models, not facts

Similarity, insider, management, culture, and other scores are the outputs of methodologies we choose and may change. A score is an opinion produced by a model, not a statement of fact about a company or person, and no score predicts future performance.

7. Information about individuals

Records naming officers, directors, shareholders, executives, and other individuals are derived from public filings and public media and may contain errors, including in automated summaries of why a person left a role. They are provided for investment and corporate research and may not be used for decisions about any individual’s employment, credit, insurance, or housing, or to locate, contact, or harass anyone. If a record about you is inaccurate, email support@relativityinvest.ai with the subject line “Data correction.”

8. Past performance and forward-looking statements

Past performance, insider activity, ownership changes, and any pattern in our data are not indicative of future results. Some content, including filings we summarize, contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties; actual results may differ materially.

9. Third-party links and content

We link to filings, company sites, podcast platforms, and other third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Century Invest LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading or investment losses, arising from use of or inability to use the Services or reliance on anything we provide. All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Terms of Use and API & MCP Terms contain the full limitation of liability that governs your use.

11. Your responsibility

Investment decisions are yours alone. You use the Services and anything they provide at your own risk, and you are responsible for verifying information and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
